We are in need of an experienced Quality Control Tech for a manufacturing for a stable and great company in Ft Myers. 2nd ShiftHours: 2:10pm to 10:30pmMust be able to work overtime when needed Duties of position: Ensure manufactured products conform to the specifications set forth by our customer (PI's) or by client. Collect samples from production line for testing. Perform analysis such as weighing, desiccation, vacuum testing and record results. Ensure cGMP procedures are understood and followed. Confirm codes on raw material, update status boards on production machines, ensure product meets or exceeds standards set at beginning of job and perform other duties as requested. Scheduling flexibility required to ensure customer production demands. Job Requirements: Must be proficient with computers and software applications. Must be detail oriented, highly organized and have strong decision making skills. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to work well with others. Must be able to work any shift if requested. Minimum Qualifications: Associates degree in science related field OR high school diploma with 1 year QC experience OR any equivalent combination of education, experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities. Must be proficient in reading, writing and speaking the English language.
