I am disabled/ ex military/48 years old. I dont drink or do drugs . I own my own company, that is registered with Sarasota county, and have more work than I want. That and a army disability check, I have steady income. I own my own vehicle. I am seeking a large room with garage, or very secure storage fof my company equipment( o own a commercial house painting/restoration co.) Must allow my small dog (15 lb shi tzu).hes very friendly to everyone. And so am I. I come with over 5 years of good references( landlords/employers) valid fl lisc. No criminal history.
