(US01) Location: INC- Naples, FL (US08) Main Objective: Management and support of Arthrex Global SAP HCM COE, including LMS and SuccessFactors Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Manages and mentors SAP HCM Development and Support Manages projects for HCM Center of Excellence activities; ensuring task deadlines for COE team is met, and maintaining high performance on SLAs for Support Performs Failure Modes and Effects Analysis for proposed changes on key systems, to ensure high performance on SLAs for Uptime Assists in investigation of new systems and planning of upgrades Ensures team is maintaining documentation and change control Meets regularly with other Release Manager and PMO Manager to ensure alignment of projects and job jar activities Budgetary responsibility for COE, including forecast and roadmap Participates in architectural decisions and provide input to enterprise architecture team Incidental Duties: The above statements describe the general nature and level of work being performed in this job. Education and Experience: 10+ years experience with SAP HCM required 5+ years direct management/supervisory experience required Experience managing at least one full-cycle SAP HCM implementation Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Human Resources or related field required MBA Preferred Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training: Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation APICS certification, Six Sigma Black Belt, or PMP certification are a plus Programming knowledge in any of the following are a plus: SQL, ABAP, .NET, JAVA Machine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills: PC servers, workstations and laptops.
